TLS encryption with https

We use https to transmit data tap-proof on the Internet (data protection through technology design article 25 paragraph 1 DSGVO). Web Analysis

On our website we use the analysis tracking tool Google Analytics (GA) of the American company Google Inc. For the European area the company Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street Dublin 4, Ireland) is responsible for all Google services. Google Analytics collects data about your actions on our website. For example, when you click on a link, this action is stored in a cookie and sent to Google Analytics.  The user data is stored for  26 months. With the help of the reports we receive from Google Analytics, we can better tailor our website and services to your needs. We have implemented the IP address anonymization of Google Analytics on this website. This function was developed by Google so that this website can comply with the applicable data protection regulations and recommendations of local data protection authorities if they prohibit the storage of the complete IP address. IP addresses are anonymized or masked as soon as the IP addresses arrive in the Google Analytics data collection network and before the data is saved or processed. We have entered into a direct customer agreement with Google for the use of Google Analytics by accepting the “Data Processing Addendum” in Google Analytics. Auth0 (Auth0, Inc)

We use Auth0 as a registration and authentication service which is provided by Okta, Inc. To simplify the registration and authentication process, Auth0 can make use of third-party identity providers and save the information on its platform. Auth0 processes the following data: Cookies, email address, first name, last name, password. various types of Data as specified in the privacy policy of the service. The place of processing is in the United States (Okta Privacy Policy).

Newsletter

If you register for our newsletter, you provide the above mentioned personal data and give us the right to contact you by e-mail. We use the data stored during the registration for the newsletter exclusively for our newsletter and do not pass them on. You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. Please send your cancellation to the following e-mail address: contact@biomotion.tech. We will then immediately delete your data in connection with the newsletter dispatch. This revocation does not affect the legality of the processing that took place on the basis of the agreement until the revocation.
